About Regina Sun

Regina has lived in the Bay Area for over 30 years after growing up and graduating in Germany with a teaching degree. She returned to Novato after having lived in the South Bay for 10 years working for Cisco Systems. After spending 12 years in the corporate world, she followed her passion and became a realtor where she is making a difference in her clients’ lives by putting them first every step of the way.

Regina is known for being a great listener and for paying careful attention to detail both when preparing her clients’ homes for sale and supporting them in purchasing new ones. Her personalized guidance before and throughout the transaction combined with her skillful negotiation ensures her clients close their transactions in Marin, Sonoma, San Francisco and Santa Clara Counties on the most profitable terms. Regina’s care throughout and afterward feels like you gained a friend whom you can gladly refer to your friends and family and rely on again yourself for your repeat business.

Regina has always been involved in the community by assisting in her kids’ classrooms, volunteering for many years at the Novato Margaret Todd Senior Center, helping build two local projects for Habitat of Humanity, as well as presiding over the German Language School of the North Bay for many years. Now her kids are adults, and it is freeing up some of her time to travel.
