We had a significant disclosure to make about a foundation problem and Regina helped me deal with professional Soils and Civil engineers who designed a correction for the problem. We included the proposed correction, including construction drawings for submittal to the City for approval with the sale of the house."

"Regina was able to accommodate my requests and advise on how to best achieve desirable outcomes given my requests. For example, we were able to work out my using the house to stay in while it was on the market, juggling client visits and open houses. She was super responsive when I had questions or concerns, and she went further to screen out potential purchasers who did not seem to have all their paperwork in order. In summary, with her guidance, we sold the house quickly to folks who wanted it to live in, for a reasonable price. We are very happy with her services."
